Rates

Rates include 5 nights lodging, meals, registration and insurance. Financial assistance is available if needed. Please contact Gigi at dorottas@msn.com for more information.

Campers may bring extra money for crafts, books, the snack bar and gift shop. Camp money is given to the camp “banker” who helps to ensure all money isn’t spent on candy the first day 😁.

Bicycles on camps grounds are to be used by staff and admin only. Please do not bring bicycles to camp. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep camp safe and enjoyable for everyone attending.

    Requests for single occupancy lodges are filled based on their availability, and a non-refundable reservation deposit of $100 will be required.

    Part time campers MUST pay a daily rate for meals and lodging and are also required to register online plus provide the signed liability release forms.

You may pickup your campers at the end of camp on Friday at 8:30 AM. Check out the facilities!

Registration

We have a new registration tool this year! You will be able to register all of your campers at once. A deposit is also requested for adults and campers if you are not paying the full registration at this time. At the end of the online registration, you will see links to liability release forms.

Next Steps After You Register

1) If you are paying by check, it must be postmarked by June 30 and sent to the address below. Payments after June 30 should be submitted at registration check-in upon arrival at camp.

2) Each camper must bring two signed release of liability forms with them. The first is specific to the facility. A family form is available for parent(s) and up to 3 children. Separate forms are available for adults and minors as well.

The second release form is specific to our group. Your signed forms will need to be submitted at registration check-in upon arrival at camp or before getting onto the bus.

Bus Transportation Rates

$20 for one way travelers, and $30 traveling round trip.

Also, remember to print your Covid Waiver and Liability Release forms and bring them with you to the bus. Campers will not be allowed to ride without these forms!

  • The bus is scheduled to depart from Bethel Lutheran Church the Sunday of camp week at 1:30 PM.

    The bus will depart from the premises of Bethel Lutheran Church, 6641 Lincoln Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620 with service to Pine Valley Bible Conference Center, 8668 Pine Creek Rd Pine Valley, CA 91962

  • The bus is scheduled to arrive at Bethel Lutheran Church in Buena Park the Friday of camp week at 12:00 Noon.

*Two piece bathing suits and immodest clothing, halter tops, bare mid-riffs, etc. are not allowed. Please identify all clothing. NO audio players, video games or radios. Cell phones will be given to staff while at camp.
